從清晨的第一縷陽光，到夜晚巷弄裡的微風，
從青澀歲月的輕聲吟唱，到歷經風霜後的深情共鳴，
這些旋律，串起了我們的鄉愁，也拉近了彼此的心。

TAITA-SV這場「台灣 迴響」音樂會將邀請Virtuosi San Jose 及灣區的台灣音樂家們共同演出。上半場以西方作曲家的思鄉情懷爲主題，包含史麥塔納「來自故鄉」，史文森「羅曼史」，及柴可夫斯基「弗羅倫斯的回憶」，到下半場王乙聿的「二胡協奏曲」，「台灣四季」選曲 (桃花鄉 西北雨 雨中鳥 四季紅), 「六月茉莉」「白牡丹」 等，以及由作曲家梁育筑為本場音樂會所特別重新編曲的「黃昏的故鄉」「思慕的人」「小城故事」「 伊是咱的寶貝」等，藉由熟悉的旋律，帶給大家滿滿的台灣情懷。

Taiwanese folk songs are more than just music—
They are memories of a generation, stories that transcend time.
From the first rays of morning sunlight to the evening breeze in the alleyways,
From the gentle tunes of our youthful years to the deep resonance shaped by life’s journey,
These melodies weave together our nostalgia and bring our hearts closer.
TAITA invites you
to walk through this corridor of time,
to listen to those familiar tunes,
to feel the warmth and emotions of Taiwan,
and to rediscover the purest emotions through music.

TAITA-SV’s “Taiwan Echoes” concert will feature Virtuosi San Jose along with talented Taiwanese musicians from the Bay Area.
The first half of the program will focus on Western composers’ expressions of homesickness, including:
🎵 Smetana’s “From My Homeland”
🎵 Svendsen’s “Romance”
🎵 Tchaikovsky’s “Souvenir de Florence”
The second half will highlight Taiwanese music, featuring:
🎵 Wang Yizhi’s “Erhu Concerto”
🎵 Selections from “Taiwan Four Seasons” (Peach Blossom Land, Northwestern Rain, Birds in the Rain, Four Seasons Red)
🎵 Beloved folk songs like “June Jasmine” and “White Peony”
🎵 Specially rearranged pieces by composer Liang Yuzhu, including “Hometown at Dusk,” “The One I Long For,” “Small Town Story,” and “You Are Our Treasure”
Through these familiar melodies, we hope to bring you a heartfelt celebration of Taiwanese culture and nostalgia.
